Compare Your Options

PAE, UroLift, Rezūm, TURP, HoLEP and Aquablation are not the same treatment.

The right BPH treatment depends on prostate size and shape, bladder function, symptom severity, sexual priorities, anesthesia and recovery preferences, and how much tissue needs to be treated.

Different procedures solve obstruction differently.

UroLift

Uses implants to hold selected prostate tissue away from the urethra.

Rezūm

Uses water vapor to treat prostate tissue, which shrinks gradually.

TURP / HoLEP / Aquablation

Remove obstructing tissue through the urethra using different technologies.

PAE

Uses arterial embolization from the wrist or groin so the prostate gradually shrinks without transurethral tissue removal.

The question is not “Which procedure is best?” It is “Which option best fits my anatomy, symptoms and priorities?”
